Quarantine Fitness - 5 Simply Intense At-Home Workouts (Video Included)

Ciao Humans,

How are you feeling? I know being stuck at home I began to get restless. After a couple days of being cooped up the house during this quarantine, I decided to start doing things a bit differently. One day I picked up a jump rope, some work out gear I had laying around the house and got to work and realized I can have a pretty intense workout at home. All this time at home has really given me the opportunity to be more intentional about getting up, being active and getting my body moving. It has also forced me to be more aware of how I am eating. I've seen lots of people complain of the fitness challenges that are circulating around online but the reality is... just sitting around on your butt the entire break will very likely result in unwanted weight gain and in turn it will have other negative effects on you. Too often I would find myself too tired or unmotivated to get up before work or hit the gym after work. Right now, it feels like I have nothing but time on my side. What does that mean? It means I had to be creative with workouts, using things I already have at home. This is a stressful time and I don't want to make it seem as if this time is filled with leisure and stress-free leisure because that isn't the case. However, exercise and taking care of your body during stressful times will have a positive impact on your health and overall mental health.

Here are five simple but intense exercises to get your entire body up and moving! All of these exercises can be down without any equipment, or you can modify the equipment to fit what you have and can use at home. However, the equipment I am using in very inexpensive if you decide to purchase them for your workout.
